We've got some exciting news, our booking system is getting a refresh.
We're pleased to announce that we will be changing to a booking system run via Online Scout Manager, this means that bookings can be managed in real-time, and those wishing to make a booking for a visit can see availability at the point of booking.
Why are we making the switch?
Our current system is very paperwork heavy and labour intensive on our part, and by reducing this is allows us more time to ensure you have a great visit, and by switching to Online Scout Manager we can manage your booking from start to finish.

What'll happen to my existing booking?
Don't panic, your bookings all safe and sound rest assured, Over the next few weeks we will begin to populate the new system with our current bookings. Once this is done we will start to send out emails informing you that your booking has switched to the new system. Once you receive this email your booking will then be managed through Online Scout Manager going forward.
We hope to have the new booking system live at the beginning of the new year.
