Please find notification of our upcoming Annual General Meeting, this is to be held on the 10th August at 7:30pm.
This AGM will take place in-person, and will be held in Alpha House. The AGM will be held as an open event meaning that we are welcoming guests, however we must also take into account the current pandemic, and therefore we will still maintain social distancing, thus resulting in a reduced capacity, we therefore stress that whilst welcome we ask that attendees only attend should they have a contribution to be made.
We also would like to stress that although the AGM is open, the meeting that occurs after is not and therefore we ask for a prompt dispersal of visitors once the AGM has ended.
